The average sold price increased +20.56% from $355,309 in 2015 to $428,375 so far in 2016. However, the average sold price per square foot is only up +9.45%. Overall, the Copper Mountain real estate market is on the rise with 12 sales so far this year compared to only 7 sales in 2015.
Currently there are 70 residential properties for sale in Copper Mountain, Colorado. In all of 2015, there were 98 sales, which gives Copper Mountain approximately 8.5 months of inventory. While there is more inventory than in other towns in Summit County, the average list price to sales price is currently 97%. Average days on market has also fallen from 287 in 2015 to only 227 so far in 2016.
