This weekend Copper Mountain is hosting Copper Uncorked, a winter wine festival with dining all with the mountain spirit we love. Copper Uncorked is from Friday, March 8 – Sunday, March 10, 2013. This event is for those who delight in wine but also like to have a good time. Copper Uncorked lets you experience unconventional pairings with events like the Wine-n-Wings Challenge, Burritos and Bubbly Breakfast, and more. Copper Mountain is not just a place to ski and snowboard but an all-around Colorado resort that likes to have fun!

2:00 – 4:00 pm – Wine-n-Wings Challenge in the Burning Stones Plaza where Copper Chefs will pair different styles of wings (no buffalo) with tasty wines, who needs beer when you have wine?
7:00 – 9:00 pm – Vin & Din at the “Grand” Tasting where comfort foods (appetizers) are paired with delightful yet affordable wines.
9:00 – 11:00 am – Burritos & Bubbly Breakfast at Jill’s Umbrella Bar. Made-to-order burritos with a glass of champagne sound like a great Sunday brunch.
