26th Annual League for Animals & People of the Summit (LAPS) – Join LAPS for their largest fundraiser of the year with a 4K walk/run throughout the town of Frisco, Colorado. Festivities will also include live music, contests, pet vendors, and a silent auction. The race begins at 9:15 am.
Keystone Bluegrass & Beer Festival – For the 20th year, this festival will bring 14 national and regional bluegrass bands to 3 different stages in Keystone, Colorado, August 6th & 7th. In addition, enjoy 40+ brews from favorites like New Belgium and locals like Baker’s Brewery in Silverthorne, Colorado.
Wild About Colorado Art Festival – For the 9th year running, the Wild About Colorado Plein Air Art & Outdoor Festival is back in Breckenridge this weekend. This event features 15 nationally-acclaimed artists who will be out painting natural landscapes, as well as hikes, workshops and more. The Wild About Colorado Festival is the signature annual fundraising event for the Continental Divide Land Trust, raising awareness for the natural resources in and around Breckenridge.
Dillon Open Regatta – Join the Dillon Yacht Club for the world’s highest competitive sailing regatta at 9,017 feet, Aug 5th – 7th. The weekend holds an exciting schedule of racing, entertainment, food and other special events for the whole family.
Copper Triangle Alpine Road Ride – A classic road race that takes place over 3 mountain passes, Fremont, Vail and Tennessee. Riders will start and finish at the central Copper Mountain plaza. The finish will have music, food, and prize drawings.
