Krystal Knott June 9, 2013
The 20th annual Frisco BBQ Challenge is this coming weekend, June 13 – 15, 2013. Enjoy a leisurely stroll down Frisco, Colorado’s historic Main Street while enjoying a variety of BBQ delights from ribs to brisket, corn on the cob, desserts and more. The Frisco BBQ Challenge has something for everyone in the family with live music, chef demonstrations at the Viking kitchen, pig, duck and goat races, a Bacon Burner 6k, and of course food, drinks and fun!
Thursday evening, the Frisco BBQ kicks off with a free concert by the New Orleans brass funk rock band, Bonerama, from 7:30-9:30 pm. The true BBQ sales are Friday, June 14th from 11 am – 9 pm and Saturday, June 15th from 10 am-6 pm. All purchases can be made with Hogback Tickets as this is a cash-free event. Remember the Frisco BBQ is a pet-free event as well.
