The Briar Rose Chophouse and Saloon in downtown Breckenridge, Colorado, has been serving up aged beef and fresh wild game for decades. The historic building from the 1800’s is painted in a charming, lively color, located at 109 Lincoln Ave., half a block from the Christie’s International Real Estate office at the intersection of Main Street.
The intimate dining room offers exceptional service to match the elegant atmosphere and extensive wine list for a truly memorable meal. Signature dishes include Cervena Elk Medallions with a Wild Mushroom Demiglace and Mustard Herb Crusted Colorado Rack of Lamb, as well as classic offerings of 16oz.
