One River Run is a new development located steps from the River Run Gondola in Keystone, Colorado. This new Keystone real estate development features 95 luxury ski-in/ski-out condos ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. In addition to the 95 residences, there will be a 107-room Rock Resort Hotel. One River Run promises to be the most luxurious, amenity-rich new construction in Summit County.

The first phase of this project is expected to break ground in the Summer of 2021, with a projected move-in date of winter 2023/24. Phase One includes the following (subject to change):
Money due will be as follows (subject to change): Reservations Agreements will be released the week of March 15-19, 2021, which includes a fully refundable deposit of $50,000. There will be a lottery held on April 6th for reservation holders for Phase 1 of the project. A 10% down payment will be required upon going under contract, which is still fully refundable. Another 10% will be due at ground breaking. Upon groundbreaking (expected June 2021), the 20% down will no longer be refundable. A third 10% payment will be due at the time of completion of the core and shell, with the remaining amount due at closing.
