The Summit County Real Estate Market is continually showing signs of improvement. Looking at the Summit County real estate market for the first 6 months of 2012 and comparing it against every year since 2007, it appears sales are on the rise. With a 17% increase in sales in the first 6 months of 2012 over 2011 and a 77% increase in sales over our slowest year 2009, the Summit County CO Real Estate market is on the rebound.
