Winter is upon us with the first snow already gracing most of the peaks in and around Summit County, Colorado. Now is the time to get out your ski/snowboard gear, tune, wax, and prepare for the opening days across the 8 ski resorts within 45 minutes of Summit County. Below are the estimated or exact (depending on early snowfall and snowmaking operations) opening dates for these resorts.

EpicMix Time courtesy of Vail Resorts
New to the app this year is EpicMix Time, which will provide users with a full day forecast of lift line times. This should help skiers and boarders make the most out of their day on the slope and give users the knowledge of when the quicker lift lines are for their favorite lifts.
