All facets of the 2015 Breckenridge, Colorado real estate market are distinctly improving over 2014. As of the end of October, the total number of sold transactions, volume, and the average sold price per square foot have all increased, while the average days on market is decreasing for residential Breckenridge, CO real estate sales.
