Currently, there are 75 Keystone Colorado condos for sale with an average list price of $349,365. The properties range in price from $118,900 for a studio in Slopeside up to $1,129,000 for a 3 bedroom ski in/ski out Timbers on River Run condo. There are 14 Keystone condos under contract; 23 condos have already sold in 2015 with an average sales price of $336,793. The average sold price in 2015 has increased by +16.3% over the average sales price in 2014 of $289,710. The average sold price per square foot for 2015 has gone up +7.2% to $327/SF compared to the average in 2014 of $305/SF.
The Keystone CO real estate market stabilized and leveled out in 2013 and 2014 with average sales prices of $288,902 and $289,710, respectively. This same stabilizing of the market occurred with condos in Keystone, Colorado in 2005/2006 where the average sales price was $271,512 and $273,013. The following year in 2007, the average sales price jumped to $383,020, which equates to a +40.3% increase. It is evident that a similar market trend that occurred between 2005 – 2007 is happening currently, with sales prices starting to increase in the Keystone Colorado condo market.
While the Keystone condo market is steadily showing signs of improvement, the good news for Buyers is that the Keystone real estate market has not yet fully recovered back to the height of the market in 2007/2008.
