How did the Summit County Real Estate Market in January 2012 compare to that of January 2011? The number of transactions in Summit County are up 16.42%. Last month, 78 transactions took place compared to only 67 in January of 2011.
This shows a slight increase in the level of market activity over last year, which many other local real estate brokers would agree is carrying over from the end of 2011.
